Terms of Service

1) Scope

The website provides information about studio services and allows you to send a booking/request. A request does not automatically create a contract. A contract is formed only after the studio confirms your appointment/request (in writing or by other agreed means), subject to availability and applicable legislation.

If you are using the service from Ukraine, consumer rights may apply under Закон України від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX "Про захист прав споживачів".

2) Booking and Requests

• You provide accurate contact details (name, phone/email) so the studio can contact you.
• The studio may reschedule due to operational reasons, availability, or necessary health/safety considerations.
• You must arrive on time and follow the studio instructions for preparation and contraindications (if provided).

Studio services may include procedures that require an individual assessment. The studio may refuse or postpone a procedure if it is not appropriate for your condition or based on safety considerations.

3) No Guaranteed Results; Individual Factors

Any stated or implied outcomes (including appearance, healing, pigment retention, or final aesthetic effect) are not guaranteed. Results depend on individual factors such as your health, skin type/condition, aftercare compliance, and other circumstances outside the studio’s control.

You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by the studio. Non-compliance may affect results and healing.

4) Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The studio is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights under Закон України від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX "Про захист прав споживачів".

5) Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding, and materials) is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6) Advertising and Health-Related Claims

Any advertising information about services will be presented truthfully and will comply with Ukraine’s advertising rules, including avoiding misleading statements and ensuring appropriate substantiation for claims, in accordance with Закон України № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996 "Про рекламу".

7) Personal Data

When you submit a contact/lead request, the studio processes your personal data in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law. If the website collects personal data (including via tracking or marketing/analytics tools), the studio provides required notices and processes data on a lawful basis, in accordance with Закон України від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI "Про захист персональних даних".

8) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect upon publication on the website. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
